Girdhari Lal Sharma of Phalwara[Jullundhar-India] between 1939-1952. Various Hindi & English versions came out in 80's. I translated it with Pt. P.C.Kalia, a famous astrologer, in 1975. Mr. Kalia shifted from Chandigarh to Bangalore and expired there in 2003.
